A DVR Disguised . Within of An Exit Sign Lets You Log Who’s Going To Be Coming And Going Through Your Door

Being a retail store manager entails tough responsibilities. Safety is always crucial but some of my employees take this for granted. They won’t say it and I can’t prove it yet instincts tell me that they smoke near a certain exit. This should not be a problem except that we have flammable materials in that area.

After researching on the most suitable way to prove my suspicion, I bought an exit sign hidden camera. It is a disguised camera equipped with a digital video recorder that will record videos to a provided SD card without requiring additional hardware to be put up. You won’t notice the camera because it is hidden in an ordinary “exit” sign.

These types of spy cameras with a built-in DVR can simply be plugged into the wall to power both the camera and the DVR. With a motion-activated camera, recording begins as soon as movement is detected. If I do not want a dog or cat to set off the motion detector, the motion detection area masking feature will allow me to mask the lower quarter of the camera’s field of vision.

This exit sign hidden camera is convenient to handle because it does not call for transmitters or wires to be operational. All that I did was to plant the wireless camera in a strategic location, aim it at what I intended to keep an eye on and push ?record? on the remote control that was given.

Viewing videos is no hassle when it comes to spy cameras with a built-in DVR. To play recordings, I can slot the provided 8GB SD card to the computer. Alternatively, I can use the furnished RCA cable to link the camera to the TV.

A Pepper Spray Is Most Useful For My Personal Defense

Our rotational assignment will soon come and I better be prepared for my transfer. The company assured us that our place of assignment is peaceful. My brother disagrees because he has some knowledge about the place. He told me that I should also think about my personal protection.

This led me to search online on ways to give myself personal protection. A type of device called the pepper spray came up in my research and made me think that this could be the one I was looking for.

The first product I considered was the Pepper Shot Pepper Spray Tri-Pack. Rated at 2 million Scoville heat units, its 10% pepper spray is more effective because it is made of very fine grains than the coarser grains of most pepper sprays.

It also includes a 1/2 oz auto visor clip which I can put in my car, a 2 oz pepper spray for home use, and also a 1/2 oz pepper spray with a Quick Release keychain.

A pepper spray, when sprayed on an assailant, will cause the assailant?s eyes to shut, his tears to flow profusely, his breathing to become difficult. And he will feel hot burning sensation in his skin. These things will effectively stop him in his tracks.

Another model was the 9 oz Wildfire 18% Pepper Spray Firemaster. They claim it is effective against both human and animal attacks. A testing laboratory said that it is one of the hottest and fastest reacting sprays ever tested.

One pepper spray that I can use covertly in social functions is the Pepper Spray Pen. The spray is like a pen which makes it very convenient to use. It is a 10 gram unit and sprays up to 6 feet.

Enjoying Mixed Martial Arts Exhibitions

Traditional martial arts require that fighters abide by a set of rules while fighting. For example, you may only be allowed to fight standing up, striking certain body parts is not permitted. But mixed martial arts allow fighters to use many different strategies to tackle their opponents. The techniques allowed in mixed martial arts competitions can be divided in to two categories: grappling techniques (pinning holds, clinch holds, takedowns, sweeps, throws, and submission holds) or striking techniques (knees, punches, and kicks). Most fighters must cross train with many different mixed martial arts styles in order to be effected in all phases of combat. A standing mixed martial arts fighter will also need to able to combat on the floor if he is taken to the ground.

In comparison, a Mixed Martial Arts match can draw not only interest for the blinding speed and raw power of the two opponents, but also the strategy they must deploy in order to force the other into submission. The history of mixed martial arts can be traced back to the early 1900s in Japan, Europe, and the Pacific Rim. They were not introduced to the United States until the first UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) in 1993. This sport gained international publicity and widespread exposure when Royce Grace, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fighter, won the first UFC tournament by defeating three challengers in five minutes. As the UFC tournaments continued each year, interest in mixed martial arts continued to grow.

Most mixed martial arts competitions have weight classes so fighters can take on opponents who are close to their own body size. There are nine main weight classes which are super heavyweight (120+kg), heavyweight (120kg), light heavyweight (93 kg), middleweight (84 kg), welterweight (77 kg), lightweight (70 kg), featherweight (66 kg), bantamweight (61 kg), and flyweight (57 kg).

Power Tae Kwon Do Kicks in Five Logical Steps

It makes no sense to let an attacker get close enough to punch. If he’s got a knife or club, or just a fist that is fast, the best strategy is to kick low and hard and keep him out of range. The problem is that many Tae Kwon Do schools do not teach the right way to use the legs.

A couple of things to remember before we get into making your kicks powerful. Practice high so you have strength and flexibility, but keep your kicks low in a fight so you don’t get a leg caught. And, the best strategy is to avoid the fight altogether whenever possible.

Practice kicking over a chair or object of similar height. This will train you to raise your knee high for the proper execution of the kick. When your knee is high your foot can go straight in and deliver the goods, and rise in an arc up the side of the body.

Turn your hips into the action of the kick. Always turn, or tilt, your hips so that the weight of the hips is driven into the action. This will also give you a little more reach, and it will help commit the whole weight of the body into the action.

Kick with the ball of the foot. I know many people like to bash with the instep, but they end up spinning around out of control. Kicking with the ball of the foot forces the artist to be an artist, and it concentrates more weight into a smaller striking area.

Bring the foot all the way back after you have executed a kick. Snap that foot back so that an opponent can’t grab it and throw you to the ground. This also tends to leave more power in the target, and less backing up your leg.
